In most of cases, a thorough history, physical examination and semen analysis can pinpoint the diagnosis. There are several treatment options depending on the severity of the condition. These include correcting the underlying cause, intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF) with/without Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
